We have picked the winner in this month’s contest, chosen by the writer’s ability to create a blurb that makes us yearn to read more.
A blurb should be short and to the point.
It should introduce the main character and the inciting incident that causes the predicament the character is in. It presents possible choices the characters must make. And then leave the reader with questions either implied or stated that cause the reader to want to know the answer enough to read the book.
Our winner did an excellent job of completing this task:
Nona Mae King’s Blurb for The Formula
Congratulations!
Yay! I won! Thank you so much!
🙂 Congrats Nona!
